  • Q: Is XPERSIS PRO shipping amidst the COVID- 19 Pandemic?
  • A: Yes, they are. However, there might be some shipping delays for one day at most.
  • Q: How much would I have to pay as shipping cost?
  • A: All of the products have the option of free delivery. However, upgraded Express USPS delivery charges an extra amount.
  • Q: Does XPERSIS PRO ship to other countries?
  • A: No, XPERSIS PRO does not. But they ship via USPS to the Military FPO/APO.
  • Q: How do I contact somebody when I have a query or problem?
  • A: You can call this number to reach to us- (818) 918 81 86. We are available from Monday to Sunday and 10 AM to 7 PM EST each of those days. You can also follow their website page for contact.
  • Q: My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
  • A: At the time of checking out, XPERSIS PRO requires the owner of the card to include the same billing address in the billing field. So if the address is formatted incorrectly it would be rejected. If the declination continues for your payment, kindly contact us.
  • Q: How do I see the order status for my placed orders?
  • A: You will find your order and tracking number status at your Amazon account and by receiving a notification email.
  • Q: Does XPERSIS PRO ensure the safety of using a credit card?
  • A: XPERSIS PRO is a Trust Certified Google Store. They never save or see the payment information.
  • Q: How long does it need to get my order processed?
  • A: Almost all the orders are answered on the exact day you place the order. If you have placed an order before it is 4:00 PM EST, the order would be shipped the same day.
  • Q: When do I expect to receive my order?
  • A: Almost each of the 48 contiguous states of the US requires between 1 to 4 working days. However, for some other territories and states, it may take a little longer. At the time of holidays and due to poor weather, the shipping process might take around 4 to 7 working days.
  • Q: What types of payment are acceptable by XPERSIS PRO?
  • A: XPERSIS PRO directly linked to the Amazon store and all orders and  payments will be processed at Amazon store platform.
  • Q: What is the cause of not accepting my credit card?
  • A: Your billing address must match with the address linked to your credit card.
  • Q: Have you got a real shop i.e. physical store?
  • A: Yes. We have both a physical and online-based retail and wholesale store located at a warehouse.
  • Q: What is the return policy of XPERSIS PRO?
  • A: We allow a return within 30 days. The merchandise must be returned in the actual & original package of the item. We do not consider missing-parts items. Make sure that there is ample insulation during delivery to avoid breakage. For quicker delivery, please provide an invoice copy for your order. All returns must be by USPS.
  • Q: Are the products of XPERSIS PRO genuine and new?
  • A: XPERSIS PRO does not only sell genuine new products but also sell them with their original and authentic packaging.
