Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders in US and Puerto Rico is free. However, customers should pay for shipping cost from other countries out side US and delivery time is different for each foreign country based on the region. Products take around 1-4 working days to 48 contiguous states of the US via USPS. However, there might be some delays at shipping for one day at most due to COVID-19. However, for some other territories and states, it may take a little longer. At the time of holidays and due to poor weather, the shipping process might take around 4 to 7 working days.

Shipping Information

Some potential variables could influence your package delivery period. Unfortunately, we can’t promise dates of arrival or be kept accountable for disruptions caused by weather conditions or USPS problems. Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday because USPS doesn’t allow any deliveries on Sunday for other observed holidays.

Return Policy

We can only process those refunds after 30 days and warranty exchange after 90 days of purchase. All merchandise needs to be packaged safely and returned in the exact original packaging. Please note we do not do refund if the item has been damaged, altered, or tampered, the warranty won’t be valid and we won’t be able to refund or swapping the product. XPERSIS PRO is not liable for any missing packages at the time of returning to us. The returning products have to be shipped via USPS or Fedex carrier. For faster processing, kindly add a copy of the invoice.
